Biography

His rapid ascension as a serial entrepreneur, consultant, and mentor is a direct result of his “fail fast, learn faster” mentality spanning over a decade now.

After spending 6 years of climbing through the ranks, from a cold calling position to a regional sales role, he found Corporate America wasn’t a fit for his entrepreneurial and leadership aspirations. As he held onto his corporate job en route to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, he eventually made the jump in 2018 and found himself in one of the most competitive and active storm roofing markets in the country, Oklahoma City, OK.

Upon entering the industry, he experienced early success by eclipsing the million dollar mark within the first 6 months as he brought a lot of industry agnostic ideas of how to build a sustainable and scalable roofing business. Within his first twelve months of being in the industry, his company was producing more than $500k per month, and in less than 2 years, he completed a merger with a company based out of Greenville, SC. He eventually went on to become the President of Roofing.com, where he built a mastermind, coaching program, courses, executive retreats, and led the charge for the 2021 RoofCON event.

To date, he has worked with over 100 roofing and solar businesses across more than 30 states leading many of them to 3-5x + bottom line growth by the implementation of his proprietary “Octant Framework.” This system allows his clients to achieve exponential, yet sustainable, growth through the principles of Intentional Leadership, Financial Visibility, Fundamental Optimization, and more.

He has played the advisor role to 4 different mergers and acquisitions, appeared on more than 10 different podcasts, spoke a keynote at more than 15 events, completed more than 50 on-site consults, and shared his knowledge with thousands of business leaders through various speaking engagements, webinars, 1-on-1s, and group coaching calls. He currently owns a roofing company, consulting and fractional services business, coffee business, and he is now launching a portfolio company to participate in mergers and acquisitions.

Today, Connor, his beautiful wife Jacquelynn, and two amazing kids, Uriah and Huxley, live on a small farm accompanied by their dogs, cats, sheep, and chickens at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Travelers Rest, SC. In his limited spare time, he enjoys driving his 1/8 mile race car, hiking, boxing, camping, international travel, and spending time with his family and friends, especially when it means BBQ and bonfires out on his property. He’s a recovering addict to business and loves seeing organizations reach their full potential and create massive opportunities for others. He receives his true fulfillment from seeing the success of others, and above all else, he genuinely loves his colleagues, clients, and employees and acknowledges them as a large reason for his success.
